卡前列素氨丁三醇联合缩宫素在减少凶险性前置胎盘产后出血中的临床效果及安全性

Clinical effect and safety of carboprost aminobutyric triol combined with oxytocin in reducing postpartum hemorrhage of dangerous placenta previa

目的探究卡前列素氨丁三醇联合缩宫素治疗凶险性前置胎盘产后出血患者的效果。方法选取2018年3月至2019年12月本院收治的96例凶险性前置胎盘产后出血患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(行缩宫素治疗)与观察组(行卡前列素氨丁三醇联合缩宫素治疗),每组48例。比较两组临床疗效、出血情况、止血时间、产后大出血发生率、子宫切除率及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产后2、24 h出血量均少于对照组,止血时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产后大出血发生率、子宫切除率均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论对凶险性前置胎盘产后出血患者实施卡前列素氨丁三醇联合缩宫素治疗更有助于减少产妇产后出血量,缩短止血时间,且安全性较高。

Objective To explore the effect of carboprost aminobutanol combined with oxytocin in the treatment of dangerous postpartum hemorrhage of placenta previa.Methods 96 patients with dangerous postpartum hemorrhage of placenta previa treated in our hospital from March 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects,they were randomly divided into control group(treated with oxytocin)and observa-tion group(treated with carboprost aminobutyric triol combined with oxytocin),with 48 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,bleeding,hemo-stasis time,incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,hysterectomy rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the amount of postpartum hemorrhage in 2 h and 24 h in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and the hemostasis time was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of postpartum massive hemorrhage and hysterectomy rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion The treatment of car-boprost aminobutyric triol combined with oxytocin in patients with dangerous postpartum hemorrhage of placenta previa is more helpful to reduce the amount of bleeding,shorten the postpartum hemostatic time,and has high safety.
