桂枝茯苓胶囊联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮预处理对多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者内分泌激素水平及促排卵的影响

Effects of Guizhi Fuling capsule combined with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone pretreatment on endocrine hormone level and ovulation induction in infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome

目的探讨桂枝茯苓胶囊联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮预处理对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕患者内分泌激素水平及促排卵的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2019年2月本院收治的91例PCOS不孕患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=46)和观察组(n=45)。对照组采用炔雌醇环丙孕酮预处理3个周期,观察组采用桂枝茯苓胶囊联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮预处理3个周期,两组预处理完毕后行枸橼酸氯米芬促排卵治疗3个周期。比较两组预处理前后内分泌激素水平、排卵率及妊娠率。结果经3个周期预处理,两组促黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)水平均下降且观察组低于对照组,观察组排卵率与妊娠率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论桂枝茯苓胶囊联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮预处理治疗PCOS不孕症的疗效确切,可有效改善患者激素水平,提高排卵率与妊娠率。

Objective To investigate the effect of Guizhi Fuling capsule combined with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone pretreatment on endo-crine hormone level and ovulation induction in infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods 91 infertile patients with PCOS in our hospital from January 2017 to February 2019 were selected and they were divided into control group(n=46)and observation group(n=45)ac-cording to the random number table method.The control group was pretreated with ethinylestradiol cyproterone for 3 cycles,and the observation group was pretreated with Guizhi Fuling capsule combined with ethinylestradiol cyproterone for 3 cycles.After pretreatment,the two groups were treated with clomiphene citrate for 3 cycles.The levels of endocrine hormones,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups before and after pretreatment.Results After 3 cycles of pretreatment,the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2)and testosterone(T)in the two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in the obser-vation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Guizhi Fuling capsule combined with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone pretreatment is effective in the treatment of PCOS infertility,which can effectively improve the hor-mone level,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate.
