摘要
目的探讨内镜下热活检钳电灼术治疗胃微小息肉患者的临床效果。方法选取2018年3月至2019年4月本院收治的胃微小息肉患者63例,其中2018年3-9月采取内镜下电切术治疗的31例为对照组,2018年10月至2019年4月采取内镜下热活检钳电灼术治疗的32例为研究组,比较两组手术成功率、胃激素水平[血清胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MOT)]、并发症发生情况、术后息肉复发率。结果两组手术成功率比较差异无统计学意义;术后1 d,研究组血清GAS、MOT水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率为3.13%,低于对照组的19.35%(P<0.05);术后1、3、6个月,两组息肉复发率比较差异无统计学意义。结论内镜下热活检钳电灼术治疗胃微小息肉,手术成功率高,复发率低,对胃激素水平影响较小,能降低患者并发症发生率。
Objective To investigate the effect of endoscopic hot biopsy forceps electrocautery in the treatment of patients with gastric mi-cropolyps.Methods A retrospective selection of 63 patients with gastric micropolyps admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to April 2019,of which 31 patients who underwent endoscopic resection from March to September 2018 were selected as the control group,from October 2018 to April 2019,32 patients who underwent endoscopic hot biopsy forceps electrocautery were selected as the study group.The surgical success rate,gas-tric hormone levels[serum gastrin(GAS),motilin(MOT)],complications,and postoperative polyp recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the surgical success rate between the two groups;1 day after operation,the se-rum GAS and MOT levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the complication rate in the study group was 3.13%,which was lower than 19.35%in the control group(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the polyp recurrence rate be-tween the two groups at 1,3 and 6 months after operation.Conclusion Endoscopic hot biopsy forceps electrocautery for the treatment of gastric mi-cropolyps has a high surgical success rate and a low recurrence rate.It has small effect on gastric hormone levels and can reduce the incidence of complications in patients.
