局部语法的跨学科对比研究:以例举语言为例

Local Grammars across Disciplines:A Case Study of Exemplification

局部语法是语料库语言学意义研究向具体化、微观化推进的必然产物。从局部语法视角进行语言对比研究是当前基于语料库的局部语法研究的重要探索方向之一。然而,现有的局部语法对比研究集中于讨论不同人群或不同历史时期的意义使用异同,鲜有对学科之间局部语法特征的探讨。本文以局部语法的视角观察软、硬学科及应用、纯理学科研究性论文中例举短语的意义特征。结果显示,四类学科的例举短语呈现各自的意义趋向,体现了学科文化的差异以及学科之间对论证方法的不同偏好。研究可为学术话语分析、对比研究及语料库语言学研究提供重要的方法论启示。

Local grammar is an inevitable outcome of the increasingly concretized and refined study of meaning in Corpus Linguistics. Contrastive studies from a local grammar perspective have become one of the most important exploration directions in corpus-based local grammar research.Nevertheless, the current contrastive local grammar studies have concentrated on the discussion of similarities and differences in the use of meanings across language user groups or historical periods. The investigation of local grammar features across disciplines still remains underexplored. From a local grammar perspective, this study examines the meaning features in the exemplifying phraseologies in research articles across academic disciplines including soft science,hard science, applied science and pure science. The results show different meaning tendencies in the exemplifying phraseologies across the four disciplines, indicating differences in disciplinary cultures and preferences of argumentation methods across disciplines. The study provides important methodological implications for academic discourse analysis, contrastive studies and corpusbased studies.
