伤口造口专科护士主导的湿性愈合理念护理干预在外科手术患者中的应用效果分析

Application effect of wet healing concept nursing led by specialist nurses of wound stoma in surgical patients

目的:分析伤口造口专科护士主导的湿性愈合理念护理在外科手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取我院2015年1月—2019年6月诊治的伤口造口患者120例,根据入院顺序随机分为对照组(n=57)和干预组(n=63),对照组患者接受伤口造口常规护理,干预组患者接受伤口造口专科护士主导的湿性愈合理念护理。比较两组患者护理满意率、自我效能和伤口造口愈合时间、精神状态、疼痛情况。结果:干预组患者护理总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预2周、干预4周干预组患者自我效能评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组患者伤口造口愈合时间少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组患者精神状态评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组患者疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:伤口造口专科护士主导的湿性愈合理念护理能减少外科手术疼痛,提升自我护理效能,改善精神状态,值得临床应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of wet healing concept nursing led by specialist nurses of wound stoma in surgical patients.Methods A total of 120 wound stoma patients who were diagnosed and treated in the hospital from January 2015 to June 2019 were randomly selected.The patients were randomly divided into a control group(n=57)and an intervention group(n=63)according to their admission.Patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention,and patients in the intervention group received wet healing concept nursing led by specialist nurses of wound stoma.The nursing satisfaction,self-efficacy and wound healing time,self-efficacy and pain of the two groups were compared.Results The total satisfaction rate of patients in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The self-efficacy scores of patients in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The wound healing time of the intervention group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of patients in the dry intervention group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The score of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score of the intervention group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Wet healing concept nursing led by specialist nurses of wound stoma can reduce surgical pain,improve self-care efficiency,and improve mental state.It is recommended.
