管坯加热炉节能环保的创新实践

摘要 简要介绍了φ258热轧机组环形加热炉的特点,详细阐述了环形加热炉氮氧化物排放高以及能耗高的难题,以及采取的技术措施。通过使用证明,经过各项改造以及加热炉技术操作固化后,环形加热炉的烟气排放浓度以及能源消耗大幅降低,实现了设备稳定运行,环形加热炉各项技术指标性能稳定可靠,炉子产量以及加热质量满足工艺要求. This paper briefly introduces φ The characteristics of ring heaing furmace of 258 hot rlling unit,the problems of high NOx emission and high enengy consumption of ring heating furmace and the technical measures taken are described in detail.The application shows that after various modifeations and lechnical operation and solidification of the heating furnace,the flue gas emission concentration and energy consumption of the annular heating fumnace are greatly reduced,the stable operation of the equipment is realized,the performance of various techrical indexes of the annular heating furnace is slable and reliable,and the output and heating quality of the fumace meet the process requirements.
