摘要
该文运用文献资料法、系统分析法等方法,以协同学理论为基点,对数字化传统商业健身俱乐部存在的商业运营力不从心、设备老套、重装修轻服务等问题进行探讨。结果显示:俱乐部发展的内部驱动力来自系统内部的源动力和联动力,应重视内部深层次平衡系统的建立;俱乐部与外部环境系统的竞争与协同联系不紧密,应重视与外部环境系统的战略协同,并在此基础上,形成俱乐部精神文化序参量进行支配。从以上2个层面对数字化传统商业健身俱乐部发展的动力进行分析,为实现其有序、健康发展提供一定参考。
Using the method of documentary system analysis,based on Synergetic Theory,this paper discusses the problems existing in digital traditional commercial fitness clubs,such as inadequate commercial operation,outdated equipment,and focusing on decoration rather than service.The results show that the internal driving force of club development comes from the source power and linkage force within the system,and we should pay attention to the establishment of internal deep-seated balance system;The competition and coordination between the club and the external environment system are not closely related.We should pay attention to the strategic coordination with the external environment system,and form the order parameters of the club’s spiritual culture on this basis.This paper analyzes the driving force of its development from the above two levels,so as to provide some reference for realizing its orderly and healthy development.
