我国网球运动员科学选材指标体系构建研究

Research on the Construction of Scientific Selection Index System of Tennis Players in China

该文通过文献资料的整理和分析,研究和掌握我国少儿网球运动员选材现状和指标特征,通过问卷调查法和专家访谈法,了解教练员关于选材指标的意见,探索网球运动员选材敏感性较强的指标,建立科学、完善的网球运动员选材指标体系,确定相应的评价标准,提高选材的成功率,为网球教练员和选材工作者选拔人才提供科学、有效、可靠、实用的参考依据。

Through the collation and analysis of literature,this paper researches and grasps the current situation and index characteristics of the selection of children tennis players in China.Through the questionnaire survey and expert interviews,coaches’ opinions on material selection indicators are understood,indicators with strong sensitivity of tennis players’ material selection are explored,scientific and perfect tennis players’ material selection index system is established,corresponding evaluation standards are determined,and the success rate of material selection is improved.It provides scientific,effective,reliable and practical reference for tennis coaches and material selection workers to select talents.
