某含钽铌锂云母多金属矿选矿工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 河南省某地产出的含钽铌锂云母多金属矿原矿含(Ta、Nb)_(2)O_(3)0.025%、Li_(2)O0.72%,经矿石性质分析可知,含钽铌矿物如含铁钽铌矿、细晶石嵌布粒度较粗,有利于重选,而含锂矿物主要为锂云母、铁锂云母等。结合矿石性质,试验采用重-浮联合工艺处理原矿矿石,在原矿分级—棒磨—重选条件下产出的钽铌精矿含(Ta、Nb)_(2)O_(3)42.32%,重选尾矿进入锂云母浮选作业,锂云母精矿含Li_(2)O3.68%,实现了对该多金属矿有价元素的综合回收。 The raw ore of tantalum-niobium limonite-mica polymetallic ore from Henan province contains 0.025%(Ta,Nb)_(2)O_(3) and 0.72% Li_(2)O.According to the analysis of ore properties,the minerals containing tantalum-niobiumpresent such as iron tantalum niobium ore and microlite which have coarse embedded particle size,with the propertyof conducive to gravity separation,while minerals containing lithium are mainly limonite-mica,iron limonite-mica,Limonite-mica etc.Combined with the ore properties,the gravity-lotation combined process was adopted to treat theraw ore.Under the conditions of raw ore classification,rod grinding and gravity separation,the tantalum niobiumconcentrate produced contains 42.32% of (Ta,Nb)_(2)O_(3),.The gravity separation tailigs was conveyed to the lihiummica flotation operation,and the lithium mica concentrate contains 3.68% Li_(2)O,realizing the comprehensive recoveryof the polymetallic valuable element.
