摘要
某白钨矿具有WO_(3)品位低、嵌布粒度细的特点,分选过程中大量脉石矿物的存在导致入磨量大,能耗、药剂消耗高,且产生大量细粒级尾矿。采用重介质旋流器抛尾工艺进行试验研究,通过重介质旋流器抛尾工艺,最终实现抛废率为43.56%、WO_(3)金属损失率5%的良好指标。试验结果表明重介质旋流器抛尾工艺具有可行性。
Certain scheelite has the characteristics of low WO_(3) grade and fine dissemination size.The existence of lots of gangue minerals in the separation process leads to large ore processing capacity, high energy consumption, high reagent consumption.At the same time a large number of fine-grained tailings were formed.The tailings dscarding of heavy medium hydrocyclone thchnology was researched.A good index that the discard rate is 43.56% and the WO_(3) loss rate is 5% was obtained by the process of tailings dscarding of heavy medium hydrocyclone.The experiment results show that the tailings dscarding of heavy medium hydrocyclone process is feasible.
