摘要
从沸腾焙烧原理分析出发,结合锌精矿水分变化的影响机理与实际生产指标变化,分析了152m^(2)沸腾焙烧炉生产过程中,入炉锌精矿水分对焙砂可溶硫、制酸净化稀酸酸浓及生产效率的影响,并对其进行总结,摸索出最佳控制范围,助力企业降本增效、优化生产指标。
Based on the analysis of the principle of fluidized roasting, combined with the influence mechanism of zinc concentrate moisture change and actual production index changes, the effect of the moisture of the zinc concentrate entering the furnace on the soluble sulfur of the calcine and the purification of acid production during the production process of the 152 m^(2) fluidized roaster.The impact of dilute acid concentration and production efficiency was summarized.The best control range is explored to help enterprises reduce costs and increase efficiency, and optimize production indicators.
