边疆民族地区高校推进习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想入脑入心,是促进民族团结和社会和谐稳定发展的重要战略任务。当前,西南边疆民族地区高校网络学习宣传教育存在"双主体"、实效性、助推性等问题。新时代网络新媒体环境新变化要求高校必须充分发挥网络新媒体技术在科学理论传播上的技术优势,从构建机制、聚焦需求、发挥优势、构筑平台、增进协同等层面入手,构建提升大学生对习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的理论自觉,促进西南边疆民族地区高校推进习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想入脑入心的网络学习宣传教育取得实效。

Colleges and universities in frontier ethnic regions promote XI Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era into the mind and heart, which is an important strategic task to promote national unity and social harmony and stable development. Currently, colleges and universities in the southwest frontier ethnic regions have problems of “dual main body”, effectiveness,and support for online learning publicity and education. New changes in the network and new media environment in the new era require colleges and universities to give full play to the technological advantages of new network media technology in the dissemination of scientific theories, starting from the construction of mechanisms, focusing on needs, giving full play to advantages, building platforms,and enhancing collaboration, so as to build and improve college students’ u nderstanding of XI Jinping. The theoretical consciousness of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era has promoted XI Jinping’s online learning and publicity education of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the southwest border ethnic regions to achieve practical results.
