“三全育人”视域下高校宿舍文化建设的现状及提升路径

The Present Situation and Promotion Path of University Dormitory Culture Construction from the Perspective of Sanquan Education

新时代背景下,思想政治教育的内外环境发生了深刻变化。"三全育人"既是思想政治教育的要求,也是它的科学方法和现实途径。宿舍是学校立德树人、以文化人的场所,是学生修身立志的精神家园。宿舍文化是大学生在宿舍内经过日常互动形成的集体文化,具有较强的归属感、凝聚力和认同感,其育人功能愈加重要。加强宿舍文化建设,打通思想政治教育最后一公里,可以实现公共场所和相对私密场所的有效对接,实现学生日常管理服务、思想政治教育引导、学生自我监督管理等方面的有效融合,通过全员育人、全程育人、全方位育人开展思想政治教育工作,培养学生的公共精神、集体归属感和荣誉感,有效提升"三全育人"的成效。

Educating people in all aspects is not only the requirement of ideological and political education, but also its scientific method and realistic way.Dormitory is a place where schools cultivate people by virtue and culture, and it is also a spiritual home where students are determined to cultivate themselves. Dormitory culture is a collective culture formed by college students’ d aily interaction in dormitory, which has a strong sense of belonging, cohesion and identity, and its educational function is becoming more and more important. Strengthening the construction of dormitory culture and opening up the last mile of ideological and political education can effectively connect public places with relatively private places, and effectively integrate students’ d aily management services, ideological and political education guidance, students’ s elf-supervision and management, and carry out ideological and political education through all employees,all directions and the whole process, so as to cultivate students’ p ublic spirit, collective sense of belonging and sense of honor, and effectively enhance the effectiveness of educating people in all aspects.
