孟鲁司特钠联合盐酸氨溴索注射液治疗小儿重症肺炎的疗效分析

The efficacy of Montelukast Sodium combined with Ambroxol Hydrochloride injection in the treatment of severe pneumonia in children

目的:分析孟鲁司特钠联合盐酸氨溴索注射液治疗小儿重症肺炎的疗效。方法:选取2019年9月—2020年9月于我院收治的重症肺炎患儿84例,随机分为对照组(42例)与研究组(42例)。对照组接受盐酸氨溴索治疗,研究组接受孟鲁司特钠联合盐酸氨溴索注射液治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后肺功能变化和炎症因子水平及其疗效。结果:治疗后,两组MVV、FEV_(1)/FVC水平均有所改善,且研究组的MVV、FEV_(1)/FVC水平均高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。两组IL-6、CRP、PCT水平均有所改善,且研究组患儿IL-6、CRP、PCT水平均低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。研究组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:孟鲁司特钠联合盐酸氨溴索注射液应用于重症肺炎患儿的治疗,能改善患儿肺功能,降低炎症因子水平,具有较好的临床疗效。

Objective To observe the efficacy of Montelukast Sodium combined with Ambroxol Hydrochloride injection in the treatment of severe pneumonia in children.Methods 84 children with severe pneumonia treated in our hospital from September 2019 to September 2020 were randomly divided into control group(42 cases)and study group(42 cases).The control group was treated with Ambroxol Hydrochloride,and the study group was treated with Montelukast Sodium combined with Ambroxol Hydrochloride injection.The changes of pulmonary function,levels of inflammatory factors and their curative effects were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the levels of MVV and FEV_(1)/FVC in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6,CRP and PCT in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the study group was not statistically significant than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Montelukast Sodium combined with Ambroxol Hydrochloride injection can improve the pulmonary function and reduce the level of inflammatory factors in children with severe pneumonia.
