双歧杆菌四联活菌散联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗儿童抗生素相关腹泻的效果分析

Observation on the effect of Bifidobacterium Quadruple combined with Zinc Gluconate in the treatment of children’s antibiotic-related diarrhea

目的:分析双歧杆菌四联活菌散联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗儿童抗生素相关腹泻的效果。方法:选取我院2020年4月—2021年3月收治的抗生素相关性腹泻患儿80例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组在常规治疗基础上联合口服葡萄糖酸锌口服液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用双歧杆菌四联活菌散治疗。比较两组治疗效果、临床症状改善时间及痊愈患儿3个月复发情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率97.50%高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组恢复大便次数少于3次/d的时间为(1.56±0.72)d短于对照组的(2.13±1.12)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);大便性状恢复正常的时间为(1.88±1.15)d短于对照组的(2.67±1.36)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);腹痛消失时间为(0.91±0.52)d短于对照组的(1.48±0.88)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组痊愈患儿随访3个月,腹泻复发率为2.70%低于对照组的30.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双歧杆菌四联活菌散联合葡萄糖酸锌口服液治疗儿童抗生素相关腹泻效果较好,可缩短病程,减少复发。

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of Bifidobacterium Quadruple combined with Zinc Gluconate in the treatment of children with antibiotic-related diarrhea.Methods A total of 80 children with antibiotic-related diarrhea admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to March 2021 were divided into observation group and control group by random number method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was combined with Oral Zinc Gluconate oral solution on the basis of conventional treatment,and the observation group was added with bifidobacterium quadruple live powder on the basis of control group.The treatment effect,improvement time of clinical symptoms and recurrence of cured children in 3 months were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.50%higher than that of the control group 80.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The duration of symptoms in the observation group when the number of stools was less than 3 times/d was(1.56±0.72)d,shorter than(2.13±1.12)d of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The time for stool characteristics to return to normal was(1.88±1.15)d,which was shorter than In the control group(2.67±1.36)d,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The disappearance time of abdominal pain was(0.91±0.52)d,which was shorter than the control group(1.48±0.88)d The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The observation group was followed up for 3 months,and the recurrence rate of diarrhea was 2.70%lower than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bifidobacterium Silian Huojun Powder combined with Zinc Gluconate Oral Liquid is effective in treating children with antibiotic-related diarrhea,which can shorten the course of the disease and reduce recurrence.
