中医治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘研究进展

Research progress in the treatment of cough variant asthma in children

咳嗽、呼吸不畅是咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的典型特点,西医治疗容易病情反复,而中医治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘有独特的优势。中医认为风邪是导致咳嗽变异性哮喘的主要原因,患者的咽部、气道发痒,这些症状符合风证,风邪入侵会促使CVA的发生,随着入侵的深入,CVA呈进行性进展,发病后肺部、气道等呼吸系统组织会受到损伤。目前中医在本病研究比较深入,研究者认为中医能够从根源上改善患者症状,从而治愈患者。因此,系统性分析近年来CVA的中医研究进展,从中药内服、中药外治、中药内外合治三个方面进行综述。

Cough and poor breathing are the typical characteristics of cough variant asthma(CVA).The treatment of western medicine is prone to repeated diseases,and traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of cough variant asthma.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that wind evil is the main cause of cough variant asthma.The patient’s throat and airway itch,and these symptoms meet the wind certificate.Wind evil invasion will promote the occurrence of CVA.With the deepening of the invasion,CVA shows progressive progress,and the respiratory tissue such as the lungs and airway will be damaged.At present,TCM is in-depth in the study of this disease.The researchers believe that TCM can improve patients’symptoms from the root cause and thus cure patients.Therefore,this study systematically analyzes the progress of TCM of CVA in recent years,and reviews three aspects of internal treatment,external treatment and external treatment of Chinese medicine.
