人工肝支持系统治疗肝衰竭的应用现状

Status of artificial liver support system in treatment of liver failure

肝衰竭是肝脏疾病发展至后期的病理过程之一,发病机制不明确,治疗方案特异性不足,有着较高的发病率和死亡风险。现阶段临床以内科综合治疗、积极预防和并发症控制为该疾病治疗原则,人工肝支持系统是肝衰竭治疗中不可缺少的手段之一,主要有生物型、非生物型和混合型等,可对体内毒素起到清除作用,改善内环境作用明显,在各种肝衰竭治疗中被广泛应用。本文对人工肝支持系统在肝衰竭治疗中的应用展开作如下综述。

Liver failure is one of the pathological processes in the later stage of liver disease.The pathogenesis is not clear,the specificity of treatment is not enough,and there is a high risk of morbidity and death.At this stage to clinical medicine comprehensive therapy,active prevention and complications in the treatment of the disease control principle,artificial liver support system is one of the indispensable means to the hepatic failure treatment,mainly include biological,non-biological and hybrid,etc.,can be to remove toxins in the body,improve the internal environment,are widely used in various hepatic failure treatment.This article reviews the application of artificial liver support system in the treatment of liver failure.
