摘要
文章基于现有光纤收发器的现状和工作机理,介绍一种满足千兆位以太网应用的超小型光纤收发器的设计架构,通过可测试性设计,采用直插式RJ-45公头连接器、小尺寸低功耗物理层转换器方案和光电转换方案,显著减小产品的尺寸,非常利于客户端采用高密度组装方式和即插即用的实际应用需求。详细描述各单元的测试系统和测试内容,以及网络测试系统架构,并附上相应测试结果,针对一些问题进行总结,给出优化的方向。
Based on the current situation and working mechanism of existing optical fiber transceivers,a design architecture of subminiature optical fiber transceivers for Gigabit Ethernet Applications is introduced.Through testability design,in-line RJ-45 male connector,small-size low-power physical layer converter scheme and photoelectric conversion scheme are adopted to significantly reduce the size of the product,It is greatly conducive to the practical application requirements of high-density assembly and plug and play.At the same time,for the ultra-small optical fiber transceiver,the test system and test content of each unit,as well as the network test system architecture of the final product are described in detail,and the corresponding test data and results are attached.Some problems in design and testing are summarized,and the optimization direction is given.
