摘要
研究内容为IT运维服务体系建设方案,以IT企业基础资源整合为依托,加速IT数字化转型,本项研究借鉴了ITSS的理论架构,并引入ITIL价值理论,最终形成IT运维服务体系,该体系以三大功能体系为抓手,推动IT运维服务循环改进和全生命周期过程管理,为企业长久增益赋动能、注活力,是IT运维服务的重大革新。
The research content of this paper is the construction scheme of Information Technology(IT for short)operation and maintenance service system,which is based on the integration of basic resources of IT enterprises to accelerate the IT digital transformation.This study draws lessons from the theoretical framework of ITSS and introduces ITIL value theory,and finally forms the IT operation and maintenance service system.The reform system focuses on the three functional systems to promote the improvement of it operation and maintenance service cycle and the whole life cycle process management,It is a major innovation in it operation and maintenance services to give impetus and vitality to the long-term income of enterprises.
