摘要
本文以某压水堆核电机组汽轮机调节保护系统硬件结构、网络构架介绍作为基础,进一步分析了该机组在冲转过挂闸后速度提升时,通过对跳机过程、跳闸逻辑、VICKERS卡和汽机调节系统等方面进行研究,去发现汽轮机跳闸出现的真正原因,并提出有效的解决办法,来解决冲转跳闸问题,为后期汽轮机冲转提供有力的支持。
In this paper,based on the introduction of hardware structure and network architecture of steam turbine regulation and protection system of a PWR nuclear power unit,it further analyzes the speed increase of the unit after rushing around and hanging the brake.By studying the trip process,trip logic,VICKERS card and steam turbine regulation system,it finds out the real cause of steam turbine trip,and effective solutions are proposed to solve the problem of impulse tripping and provide strong support for impulse starting of steam turbine in the later stage.
