摘要
城市拆迁是城市现代化的重要内容,房屋面积测量是城市拆迁的重要内容,关系到土地征用和房屋征收的补偿,与被拆迁人的利益相关。随着城市化的发展,城市拆迁和房屋征地不可避免,城镇化过程中典型的特征就是城中村和郊区的拆迁改造工程,为了改善居民生活环境,节约土地利用效率,优化土地配置,需要对房屋进行拆迁,征收土地用于城市建设和发展。本文结合具体的城市拆迁工程项目,分析房屋面积测量存在的问题,探讨征收房屋面积测量的措施与方法,以期为相关研究提供参考。
Urban demolition is an important part of urban modernization,and housing area measurement is an important part of urban demolition,which is related to the compensation of land expropriation and housing expropriation,and is related to the interests of the demolished.With the development of urbanization,urban demolition and housing land acquisition are inevitable.The typical characteristic in the process of urbanization is the demolition and reconstruction project of urban villages and suburbs.In order to improve the living environment of residents,save land use efficiency and optimize land allocation,it is necessary to demolish houses and expropriate land for urban construction and development.Combined with specific urban demolition projects,this paper analyzes the problems existing in house area measurement,and discusses the measures and methods of house area measurement,in order to provide reference for relevant research.
