Discussion on Prevention of Medical Device Related Pressure Injury in ICU Patients

医疗器械相关压力性损伤是指由于诊断或者治疗目的使用医疗器械而造成的皮肤局部的损害。ICU患者由于病情严重,呼吸、意识、循环等都有不同程度的损害,需要长时间使用医疗器械且使用很频繁,很大程度上增加了发生医疗器械相关压力性损伤的概率。本文通过阅读文献系统地综述了医疗器械性压力损伤的定义、流行病学概况、发生的相关因素及其防护措施,为ICU临床护士提供有效的临床依据,使ICU护理人员更好地了解MDRPI,提高对MDRPI的护理认知,以提高护理质量,减轻患者痛苦。

Device related pressure injury refers to local skin damage caused by the use of a medical device for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes.ICU patients need to use medical devices for a long time and frequently due to their serious condition and varying degrees of damage to breathing,consciousness and circulation,which greatly increases the probability of medical device related pressure injury.By reading the literature,the author systematically summarizes the definition,epidemiology,relevant factors and protective measures of medical device induced pressure injury in this paper,so as to provide effective clinical basis for ICU clinical nurses,make ICU nurses better understand MDRPI and improve their nursing cognition of MDRPI,so as to improve nursing quality and reduce patients'pain.
