急性脑梗死患者介入术后早期高压氧治疗的护理风险管理

Nursing risk management of early hyperbaric oxygen therapy in patients with acute cerebral infarction after interventional surgery

目的研究护理风险管理对急性脑梗死患者介入术后早期高压氧(HBO)治疗效果的影响。方法回顾性分析新华医院崇明分院2018年10月至2020年6月收治的急性脑梗死患者94例,所有患者早期均给予HBO治疗。根据护理干预措施不同将94例患者按随机原则分为对照组(接受常规护理)和观察组(接受护理风险管理),每组47例。比较2组患者护理前后的护理服务质量评分,同时比较2组患者的风险事件和并发症发生率及满意度评分。结果观察组的基础护理质量评分、病房管理评分及消毒隔离评分均明显高于对照组,观察组风险事件和并发症发生率明显低于对照组,观察组患者对家属、主治医师及高压氧舱护理人员的满意度明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理风险管理能明显提高整体护理质量,降低风险事件和患者并发症发生率,提高疾病治疗疗效,且患者满意度较高,值得在临床推广。

Objective To study the effect of nursing risk management of early hyperbaric oxygen(HBO)therapy in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI)after interventional surgery.Methods The 94 ACI cases admitted from October 2018 to June 2020 to the Chongming Branch of Xinhua Hospital were retrospectively analyzed.All the patients received early HBO therapy.According to different nursing interventions,they were evenly divided into control group(receiving conventional nursing)and observation group(receiving nursing risk management).The scores of nursing quality of the two groups before and after nursing were compared,and the incidences of risk events and complications and the satisfaction rates were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of basic nursing quality,ward management,and disinfection and isolation in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group;the incidences of risk events and complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group;and patients in the observation group were much more satisfied with family members,attending physicians and nursing staff of HBO therapy than those in the control group did;all of these were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing risk management can significantly improve the overall quality of nursing,reduce the incidences of risk events and complications,improve the curative effect of treatment,and make patients more satisfied.Therefore,it is worth wide application in clinical practices.
