Complete uniportal thoracoscopic segmentectomy of S^(9+10) in the inferior lobe of the left lung

目的探讨完全单孔胸腔镜肺段切除术的手术优势。方法以左肺下叶S^(9+10)段切除术为例,介绍其解剖特点、手术方法及手术技巧,比较各种术式之间的优缺点,分享手术的个人经验,总结完全单孔胸腔镜肺段切除手术的优势。结果完全单孔胸腔镜肺段切除术虽对术者要求更高,但是经过一段时间的学习,单孔操作和普通三孔操作在操作难度上基本无差别。完全单孔胸腔镜肺段切除术具有其优势,将来会更广泛地应用到更多的Ⅰ期外周型非小细胞肺癌患者的外科治疗当中。结论完全单孔胸腔镜肺段切除经过训练后容易掌握,手术创伤更小,可大力在临床推广。

Objective To explore the advantages of complete uniportal thoracoscopic segmentectomy.Methods The segmentec⁃tomy of S^(9+10)in the inferior lobe of the left lung was used as an example to introduce its anatomical characteristics,surgical methods,and surgical techniques;the advantages and disadvantages of various surgical methods were compared;personal experience of the sur⁃gery was shared;the advantages of complete uniportal thoracoscopic segmentectomy were summarized.Results Although complete uni⁃portal thoracoscopic segmentectomy was more demanding on surgeons,it did not differ too much from conventional triportal surgery in terms of difficulty in operation after a period of learning.Complete uniportal thoracoscopic segmentectomy had its advantages and would be more widely used in the surgical treatment of patients with stage I peripheral non-small cell lung cancer in the future.Conclusion Complete uniportal thoracoscopic segmentectomy deserves to be widely promoted in clinical practice due to its easiness to master after training and minor surgical trauma.
