摘要
目的以鹿角为植入床建立新型的即刻加载种植研究动物模型,分析即刻加载对种植体及其周围骨组织改建的作用。方法选取梅花鹿6只,在其左侧鹿角植入种植体2枚,其中1枚即刻加载,另1枚不加载。术后4周、8周分别取得3只动物的带种植体鹿角组织标本,拍摄Micro-CT后,选取种植体周围1.0 mm鹿角组织行骨计量学分析。结果随着术后时间的延长,种植体周围鹿角组织的新生骨数量逐渐增加,骨体积分数(bone volumefraction,BV/TV)、骨小梁厚度(trabecularthickness,Tb.Th)和骨小梁数量(trabecularnumber,Tb.N)值均逐渐增加,而骨小梁分离度(trabecularseparation,Tb.Sp)值则不断减小。同一时间点,加载组种植体周围鹿角组织的BV/TV,Tb.Th和Tb.N值大于未加载组。结论本研究成功建立了鹿角可再生动物模型,并进一步将其用于即刻加载种植体及其周围骨改建的研究中,进一步证实了适当的即刻加载可以促进种植体周围的骨改建。
Objective To establish a novel antler-based animal model for immediate implant loading,and to investigate the in⁃fluence of immediate loading on bone remodeling of implants and surrounding bone remodeling.Methods We selected six deer to in⁃sert two implants into the left antler of each deer,with one implant loaded immediately and the other unloaded.We harvested the antler specimens with implants of three deer each at 4 and 8 weeks after operation.After micro-CT scanning,morphometric analysis was per⁃formed on the antler tissues within 1 mm around the implants.Results As time passed after operation,there were increases in the amount of new bone,bone volume fraction(BV/TV),trabecular thickness(Tb.Th)and trabecular number(Tb.N),but a decrease in trabecular separation(Tb.Sp).The loading group showed higher values of BV/TV,Tb.Th and Tb.N than the unloading group at the same time point.Conclusion This study successfully established a novel regenerative animal model based on antlers for research on im⁃mediately loaded implants and surrounding bone remodeling,and confirmed that appropriate immediate loading could promote bone re⁃modeling around implants.
