Applications of battlefield analgesia by U.S.Armed Forces and its implications

镇痛是战场战伤救治的重要内容,镇痛药物在美军战术战伤救治(TCCC)中占有重要地位,并且美军已形成战伤镇痛药物使用的基本策略。从卫勤保障的角度选择镇痛药物、用循证医学证据评价应用效果是美军的重要特点。该文概述了美军战伤镇痛药物的应用策略,分析了美军轻、中和重度镇痛药物的应用及效果,最后提出对我军的借鉴启示。

Analgesia is an important part of combat casualty care and pain medication plays a critical role in U.S.Tactical Combat Casualty Care(TCCC).The U.S.Armed Forces have already established basic battlefield analgesia approaches that are characterized by choosing pain control options based on health service support and assessing the application efficacy with evidence-based data.This paper overviews the development of the application strategy of U.S.Armed Forces battlefield analgesia,analyzes the analgesia options for mild,moderate and severe pain,and finally recommends what the Chinese PLA can learn from the practices of the U.S.Armed Forces.
