基于CiteSpace的突发公共卫生事件人员培训研究的可视化分析

Visualized analysis of research on CiteSpace based public health emergency personnel training

目的研究分析国内外突发公共卫生事件人员培训现状,借鉴国际经验,提出适于我国突发公共卫生事件人员培训工作展开的改进对策。方法以Web of Science和CNKI数据库中2011-2020年文献为数据源,运用CiteSpace软件绘制知识图谱,对国内外突发公共卫生事件人员培训文献研究情况进行可视化分析。结果与结论对检索到的821篇国际有效文献和258篇中文文献进行地域分布、关键词共现及聚类分析,发现中国在突发公共卫生事件人员培训方面的研究存在着文献发表量虽总体呈上升趋势,但波动性大、研究内容缺乏全面性且研究层面浅、研究体系不健全、文献间关键词缺乏关联性等问题。针对存在的问题,借鉴国际经验,提出加大应急知识宣传力度、持续强化应急培训研究、拓宽应急培训研究广度和深度、健全应急培训研究体系、提高文献间研究相互关联性等建议。

Objective To study the current methods of training of public health emergency personnel at home and abroad in order to recommend ways to improve related training in China.Methods Literature from Web of Science and CNKI databases published between 2011 and 2020 was used as sources of data.CiteSpace software was used to draw knowledge maps to visually analyze the literature on public health emergencies at home and abroad.Results A total of821 pieces of internationally valid literature and 258 pieces of Chinese literature were used to study the geographical distribution,co-occurrence of keywords and clusters.It was found that there were some problems with the research on the training of personnel for public health emergencies in China,such as the increasing number of articles published amid large fluctuation,the lack of comprehensive and in-depth research,the imperfect research system,and irrelevance of key words between different articles.Conclusion Based on lessons from domestic and foreign research,the research on public health emergency personnel training in China can be upgraded by making knowledge of public health emergencies more accessible,continuing the study on emergency training,putting more effort into emergency training research and improving the emergency training system.
