摘要
实现2030年"碳达峰"和2060年"碳中和"已经成为重大国家战略。在碳中和目标下,废弃资源高值化回收利用将会是助力我国实现"碳中和"目标的关键一环。从废弃利乐包资源化入手,分析了目前我国废弃利乐包回收再利用的情况,介绍废弃利乐包回收利用的主要技术手段,提出了研发智能分类设备、加强顶层设计、推进两网融合、强化宣传力度、提升运营模式以及发展回收技术等方面的建议,并通过对比原生材料和再生材料的气候变化指标,指出回收利用利乐包能够有效减少碳排放。未来40年,高值化回收利用利乐包将会是实现"碳中和"目标的一个不可忽视的助力。
Achieving "carbon peak" in 2030 and "carbon neutrality" in 2060 has become a major national strategy.Under the goal of carbon neutrality, high-value recycling of waste resources will play an important role in helping China achieve the goal of "carbon neutrality". Starting with the recycling of discarded Tetra Pak, we analyze the current situation of the recycling of discarded Tetra Pak in China, introduce the main technical means of recycling discarded Tetra Pak and put forward some suggestions on developing intelligent classification equipment, strengthening top-level design,promoting the integration of the two networks, strengthening the publicity, improving the operation model and developing the recycling technology. By comparing the climate change index of raw materials and recycled materials, it is pointed out that recycling Tetra Pak can effectively reduce carbon emission. Over the next 40 years, high-value recycling of Tetra Pak will be a non-negligible impetus to achieve the goal of "carbon neutralization".
