摘要
目的探讨离心条件和溶血对高敏肌钙蛋白(hs-cTn)检测结果的影响。方法选取280例胸痛患者作为研究对象,根据hs-cTn结果分组,不同离心条件处理后检测结果。另外配制不同溶血程度的hs-cTn样本,观察结果的变化。结果低浓度组标本经5、10、15 min离心后,结果偏移分别是13.51%和15.48%,大于中浓度组(5.78%和10.17%)和高浓度组(1.88%和4.28%)。低浓度组以3000 r/min离心5 min,与其他条件相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);在中、高浓度组中,以4000 r/min离心5 min离心条件下的检测结果,与其他结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在不同溶血程度的条件下,L组结果增高幅度最大,最大偏移为20.65%;H组偏倚很小,不超过1%。另外,L组中各结果间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);M组中除2 g/L外,其他各组结果与0 g/L相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论离心条件、标本溶血都会对hs-cTn检测结果的准确性产生影响,可以用4000 r/min离心5 min条件代替3000 r/min、10 min条件,以缩短标本检测时间。
Objective To investigate the effects of centrifugation conditions and hemolysis on the detection of high-sensitivity troponin(hs-cTn).Methods A total of 280 patients were selected and divided into different groups according to the results of hs-cTn.The results were detected after different centrifugation conditions.In addition,hs-cTn samples with different degrees of hemolysis were prepared to observe the variances.Results After centrifugation for 5min,10min,and 15 min,the deviation in the low concentration group was 13.51% and 15.48%,which were greater than that in the medium concentration group(5.78% and 10.17%)and high concentration group(1.88% and 4.28%).In the low concentration group,3000 r/min and 5min had statistical significance compared with other conditions(P<0.05).In the medium and high concentration groups,there was no significant difference between the detection results of 4000 r/min and 5 min centrifugation and other results.Under the condition of different degrees of hemolysis,the increase range of results in group L was the largest and the maximum deviation was 20.65%.The bias in group H was very small,no more than 1%.In addition,there were significant differences among the results in group L(P<0.05).In group M,except 2g/L,there were significant differences between 0g/L and other groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Centrifugation and hemolysis can affect the accuracy of hs-cTn.The condition of 4000 r/min and 5 min can be used to shorten the detection time,instead of 3000 r/min and 10 min.
