The development of the intelligent networked vehicle industry poses new challenges to the safe driving of intelligent networked vehicles. This paper conducts in-depth analysis and discussion on safety accident cases of autonomous driving safety control systems, key technologies involved and corresponding new requirements for testing and metrology technology. The paper proposes the countermeasures including developing relevant testing standards and metrology technology service platforms to empower sustainable development of the intelligent networked automobile industry.
