基于AMESim的4MKJ地膜回收联合作业机开式液压系统设计与试验 被引量:1

摘要 为保证4MKJ地膜回收联合作业机成捆率要求,解决膜堆易散问题,提升机具自动化程度,设计4MKJ地膜回收联合作业机开式液压系统。综合考虑作业规范和田间情况拟定油缸动作方案,设计绘制开式液压系统原理图,执行机构包括4组对称安装在机具两侧的油缸,通过打捆装置调节油缸的伸缩来柔性补偿无芯膜捆的扩张量,并对液压泵和油缸进行计算和选型,液压泵工作压力为13.5 MPa,流量为7.2 L/min,用AMESim软件对该开式液压系统进行建模和仿真分析,得到开式液压系统油缸的活塞位移变化曲线和换向阀的输入信号变化曲线。最后在田间进行打捆试验,对配套开式液压系统的4MKJ地膜回收联合作业机的打捆情况进行统计分析,选择成捆率为评价指标。田间打捆试验表明,成捆率可达95.7%,符合使用要求。4MKJ地膜回收联合作业机开式液压系统能够稳定运行,并保证无芯膜捆的成捆率。 In order to ensure the balling rate of the 4 MKJ-plastic film recovery combined operation machine,solve the problem that the film stacking come loose easily,and increase the degree of automation,a 4 MKJ-plastic film recovery combined-operation machine open-type hydraulic system was designed.Considering the work requirements and field conditions,this paper made the oil cylinder action plan,designed and drew the open type hydraulic system schematic diagram.The actuator includes four groups of symmetric installed in the machine on both sides of the cylinder,by tying device to adjust oil cylinder telescopic flexible compensation coreless membrane bundle of expansion in quantity.The hydraulic pump and cylinder were calculated and selected.The working pressure of the hydraulic pump is 13.5 MPa and the flow rate is 7.2 L/min.Modeling and simulation analysis of the open hydraulic system was carried out by AMESim software,and the piston displacement curve of the cylinder and the input signal curve of the reversing valve of the open hydraulic system was obtained.Finally,the bundling test was carried out in the field,and the bundling situation of the 4 MKJ combined machine for plastic film recovery with an open hydraulic system was statistically analyzed,and the bundling rate was selected as the evaluation index.The field bundling test shows that the bundling rate can reach 95.7%,which meets the application requirements.The open hydraulic system of the 4 MKJ plastic film recovery joint operation machine can run stably and ensure the baling rate without core film.
