青年马克思主义者的培养关乎党和国家事业发展。基于当前的高职院校青年马克思主义者培养状况而言,高校培养青年马克思主义者可从构建“四维耦合”的培养策略体系出发,重视能力发展,着重提高个人素质;结合家庭教育,传承良好家风;搭建学校平台,创新教育思路;整合社会资源,形成社会合力,从而巩固党的执政基础,保证党的事业薪火相传;促进青年的健康成长,发挥青年的优势作用;提升培养的科学性,推动培养体系的系统建设。培养高职青年树立对马克思主义的高度信仰、对中国特色社会主义的坚定信念、对中华民族伟大复兴的绝对信心。
