高职艺术设计类专业“厂中校”模式的实践探索

Practice and Exploration of"School in Factory"Mode of Art Design Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges

近年国家政策力推教育优先发展,要深化产教融合,高职院校应为提高其人才培养质量与行业企业开展深度合作,“厂中校”培养模式是高职院校与企业深度合作的重要模式。探讨艺术设计类专业校企合作模式发展存在的问题,以广东省外语艺术职业学院“玉器设计与工艺”专业为例分析“厂中校”模式,总结在“厂中校”实践中获得的启示,为高职院校艺术设计类专业开展校企合作以及“厂中校”教学提供了可参考的策略和思路。

In recent years,national policies have promoted the priority development of education.We should deepen the integration of industry and education,colleges and universities should carry out in-depth cooperation with industry enterprises to improve the quality of talent training.School-enterprise cooperation"school in factory"mode is an important mode of in-depth cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises.This paper will discuss the problems existing in the development of school enterprise cooperation mode for art design specialty,and will analyze the practice of jade design and technology major in Guangdong Teacher College of foreign language and arts in the school-enterprise cooperation"school in factories"mode,and summarize the enlightenment obtained from school-enterprise cooperation"school in factory"mode.It will provide reference strategies and ideas for the practical teaching of"school in factory"for the school enterprise cooperation of art design specialty in higher vocational colleges.
