摘要
后疫情时代如何开展线上线下体育教学成为体育教师值得深思的问题。通过采用资料法、访谈法等研究方法研究得出结论:高职院校体育课程开展混合式教学要充分融合线上、线下教育的优势,创造以学生自主学习为中心的环境,激发他们体育锻炼的兴趣和培养体育锻炼的习惯。
How to carry out online and offline physical education in the post-epidemic era has become a problem worth pondering for physical education teachers.By using the methods of data and interview,this paper comes to the conclusion that the mixed teaching of physical education in higher vocational colleges should fully integrate the advantages of online and offline education and create an environment centered on students'autonomous learning.stimulate their interest in physical exercise and cultivate the habit of physical exercise.
