半导体激光在牙龈瘤临床治疗中的应用体会

Application experience of diode laser in the treatment of epulis

目的:探讨半导体激光在不同类型牙龈瘤临床治疗中的应用。方法:将34例牙龈瘤患者随机分为2组,其中研究组(n=19)采用波长980 nm的半导体激光治疗,并根据临床表现的不同进行瘤体照射或切除治疗,对照组(n=15)采用传统手术刀切除法治疗,比较2组患者术后疼痛程度。结果:所有患者愈合良好,术后患者无明显疼痛,研究组疼痛程度明显低于对照组,并且在观察期间内未发现明显的复发现象。结论:根据牙龈瘤临床表现的不同,运用不同模式的半导体激光进行治疗,术中出血量少、术后反应轻,具有较好的临床应用前景。

Objective:To summarize the application experiences of diode laser in the treatment of different types of epulis.Methods:A total of 34 patients with epulis were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the research group(n=19)were treated by diode laser irradiation or resection with a wavelength of 980 nm according to their clinical menifestations,and patients in the control group(n=15)received traditional surgical resection.The level of postoperative pain was compared within the 2 groups.Results:All patients recovered well and with no obvious postoperative pain.The level of postoperative pain in the research group was significantly lower than that in the control group.No obvious recurrence during the observation period were found.Conclusion:Based on clinical manifestations of epulis,the application of diode laser treatment has less intraoperative bleeding and milder postoperative response,which has a better prospect of clinical application.
