活化的肝星状细胞参与肝细胞性肝癌发生发展的研究进展 被引量:6

Research progress of activated hepatic stellate cells participating in the occurrence and development of hepatocellular carcinoma

摘要 虽然在过去的几十年中医学得到了前所未有的发展,但肝细胞性肝癌(HCC)仍然是难以攻克的难题,尽管在探索HCC的危险因素、分子特征以及流行病学方面取得了很大的进步,但目前在治疗HCC方面仍缺少有效手段。随着对HCC研究的深入,发现肝星状细胞(HSCs)在HCC的发生机制、发展以及预后等过程中起着关键性作用。笔者就HSCs通过直接、间接的方式来调控HCC,以及针对HSCs这一靶点来预防和治疗HCC方面进行综述。 Although medicine has made unprecedented advancements over the last decades, hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) is still a major unsolved problem. Despite the great progress that has been achieved in respects of exploring the risk factors, molecular characteristics and epidemiology of HCC, there is still a lack of effective means to HCC. With the deepening of research on HCC, hepatic stellate cells(HSCs)have been demonstrated to play a key role in the pathogenesis, development and prognosis of HCC.Here, the authors address HSCs in terms of it regulating HCC through direct and indirect ways, and the prevention and treatment of HCC by targeting the abilities of HSCs.
