摘要 为进一步厘清科技创新与粮食生产之间的关系,使用系统思考方法,结合"成长上限"基模,从社会市场经济、科技创新、政府制度三方面建立系统主体因素的因果反馈回路,探究粮食生产科技创新整体的内在机制,引入可持续发展策略、藏粮于技战略与动态协调机制促进系统均衡发展,并以科技创新环境为研究背景构建粮食生产科技创新路径,得出科技研发基础条件、科技研发水平、创新人才数量、创新成果数量、科技创新成果转化率、经费投入以及政策制度是粮食生产科技创新系统的主要影响因素。基于此,提出健全农业科技成果交易市场体系、加快发展生物技术和信息技术等高新生产技术、完善科技创新体制与运行动态协调机制等加强粮食生产科技创新能力建设的建议,为粮食生产科技创新主体合理提高科技成果转化率、政府部门加强政策调控等提供思路和决策参考。 To further clarify the relationship between technological innovation and grain production, using the systems thinking method and combined with the "growth ceiling" basic model, this paper establishes the causal feedback loop of system main factors from three aspects of social market economy, scientific and technological innovation, and government system, explores the overall internal mechanism of technological innovation in grain production, promotes the balanced development of the system by introducing sustainable development strategy, strategy of storing grain in technology and dynamic coordination mechanism, and constructs the path of scientific and technological innovation in grain production by aking the technological innovation environment as the research background. The results show that: the basic conditions of technological R&D, the level of technological R&D, the number of innovative talents, the number of innovative achievements, the transformation rate of technological innovation achievements, and the funding and policy system are main influencing factors of technological innovation system of grain production. Based on the analysis results, the paper puts forward some suggestions to strengthen the construction of technological innovation ability of grain production, such as perfecting the market system of agricultural technological achievements trading,accelerating the development of high-tech production technologies such as biotechnology and information technology,and improving the dynamic coordination mechanism of technological innovation system and operation, in order to provide ideas and decision-making reference for the subjects of scientific and technological innovation in grain production to reasonably improve the conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements, and for government departments to strengthen policy control..
