子宫动脉对子宫浆膜下肌瘤及阔韧带肌瘤的影像鉴别意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨子宫动脉对子宫浆膜下肌瘤及阔韧带肌瘤的诊断意义。方法选取经我院手术后病理证实的58例子宫浆膜下肌瘤及7例阔韧带肌瘤患者的CT与MRI影像学资料,进行回顾性分析,探讨子宫动脉与浆膜下肌瘤及阔韧带肌瘤的关系。结果49例浆膜下肌瘤直接由子宫动脉的终末分支(弓形动脉)供血,浆膜下肌瘤与子宫相连处的子宫动脉终末分支明显增多、迂曲,甚至形成血管湖;而5例阔韧带肌瘤的供血动脉由子宫动脉的近、中段发出,瘤体与子宫弓形动脉距离较远,瘤体与子宫接壤处无明确迂曲、增多的供血小动脉。结论子宫动脉可对子宫浆膜下肌瘤及阔韧带肌瘤的鉴别诊断提供直接依据。 Objective To evaluate the imaging diagnostic significance of uterine artery in uterine subserosal myoma and broad ligament myoma.Methods The CT and MR imaging data of 58 cases of uterine subserosal myoma and 7 cases of broad ligament myoma confirmed by postoperative pathology in our hospital were retrospetively analyzed to explore the relationship between uterine artery and subserosal myoma and broad ligament myoma.Results 49 cases subserosal myoma were directly supplied blood by the terminal branch of uterine artery(uterine arcuate artery),and the terminal branches of uterine artery at the connection of subserosal myoma and uteruses were significantly increased and distorted,even formed vascular lakes.The blood supply artery of 5 cases broad ligament myomas were emitted from the proximal and middle segments of the uterine artery,and the distance between the tumor and the distal end of uterine arcuate artery was far away.There were no increased supply of small arteries at the junction of the tumor and the uterus.Conclusion The uterine artery can provide a direct basis for the differential diagnosis of uterine subserosal myoma and broad ligament myoma.
