PBL结合慕课在全科医师规范化培训教学中的应用效果 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨PBL结合慕课在全科医师规范化培训教学中的应用效果。方法选择2018年9月—2020年1月在贵阳市某医院进行规培的60名全科规培学员为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将学员分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。对照组学员采用单一PBL教学模式;观察组学员在对照组基础上采用慕课教学模式。培训结束时,比较2组学员全科医师核心能力考核评分、规培的主观体验及全科医师自主学习能力评分。结果观察组学员问诊及病历分析能力、体检及临床技能、诊断性辅助检查能力、执业医师综合及执业医师实践评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组学员主观体验(教学模式认同、教学满意、知识掌握)均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组学员自我监测及调节、获取及处理信息、制定学习目标及计划、自我动机、学习信念评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL结合慕课在全科规培教学中的应用效果显著,可有效提高学员全科医师核心能力、自主学习能力及规培的主观体验感,值得推广应用。 Objective To explore the effect of applying the PBL combined with MOOC teaching mode in the standardized training of general practitioners.Methods Sixty trainees of general practice training who underwent training in a hospital in Guiyang from September 2018 to January 2020 were selected as study subjects.The random number table method was used to divide the trainees into observation and control groups,with 30 cases in each group.The trainees in the control group received a training based on the PBL teaching mode;the trainees in the observation group received a training based on PBL combined with MOOC.At the end of the training,the scores of core competency assessment of general practitioners,subjective experience of training and independent learning ability of general practitioners of the 2 groups were compared.Results The observation group trainees had better interrogation and medical record analysis ability,physical examination and clinical skills,ancillary testing ability,and higher practitioner general and practice scores than the control group,and all differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The subjective experience(teaching mode recognition,teaching satisfaction,and knowledge acquisition rate)of the trainees in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The ratings of self-monitoring and regulation,acquiring and processing information,setting learning goals and plans,self-motivation,and learning beliefs of the participants in the observation group were all higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL combined with MOOC in the teaching of general practice training effectively improves the core competencies,self-learning ability and subjective training experience of the trainee;it is worth promoting and wider application.
