我国乳腺癌健康教育模式的研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 对乳腺癌(BC)患者实施健康教育能有效缓解患者的负性情绪,提高患者功能锻炼依从性,改善患者预后和提高患者生活质量。目前健康教育模式有很多,但是各种宣教方式的优劣比较仍存在争议。该文主要通过梳理临床护理路径(CNP)、个性化健康教育、健康信念模式(HBM)、“知信行”理论(KAP)、“互联网+”等常见的健康教育模式在BC患者健康教育中的应用现状,为护理人员根据患者的具体情况制定个性化宣教方案和开展健康教育工作提供科学的依据,进一步提高护理服务质量。 Health education for patients with breast cancer(BC)can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of patients,improve the compliance of patients with functional exercise,improve the prognosis of patients,and promote the life quality of patients.At present,there are many health education models,and the pros and cons of each education method are controversial.This paper aims to provide a scientific basis for nursing staff to formulate personalized education programs and carry out health education work according to the specific conditions of patients,and further improve the quality of nursing services through analyzing the application of clinical nursing pathway(CNP),individualized health education,health belief model(HBM),"Knowledge,Attitude and Practice"theory(KAP),"Internet+"and other common health education models in the health education of BC patients.
