摘要
以Pb_(2)P_(2)O_(7)为助熔剂,采用高温溶液法自发成核生长了Yb:YPO_(4)正磷酸盐晶体。对其晶体结构和连续激光测试进行了详细测量和研究。在二极管泵浦下的紧凑平凹谐振器中,Yb:YPO_(4)晶体实现了连续激光效果,在1010 nm左右,输出耦合透射率为5%时,产生的最大连续波输出功率为0.36 W,泵浦功率为2.19 W,光-光和斜率效率分别为21.5%和21.8%。
With Pb_(2)P_(2)O_(7) as flux,Yb:YPO_(4) orthophosphate crystals were grown spontaneously by high temperature solution method.The crystal structure and continuous wave(CW)laser test were measured and studied in detail.The CW laser action of the Yb:YPO_(4) crystal is proven in a compact plano-concave resonator pumped by a diode.At about 1010 nm,when the output coupling transmittance is 5%,the maximum continuous wave output power produced is 0.36 W,the pump power is 2.19 W,and the light-light and slope efficiencies are 21.5%and 21.8%,respectively.
