摘要
心血管疾病是威胁人类健康的主要疾病之一。除了通过施加药物改善血管内膜血栓的凝结状况外,利用组织工程化血管对病变血管进行修复与置换,成为临床治疗的一种新的策略。天然生物材料的组织工程化血管由于具有良好的生物相容性、可降解性、低免疫原性以及快速诱导血管新生,展现出巨大的临床应用潜能。总结了基于不同天然生物材料构建的组织工程化血管的最新研究进展,分析了其在血管再生中的作用,并探讨了目前该领域存在的问题和面临的挑战。
Cardiovascular disease is one of the major diseases that threaten human health.In addition to improving the coagulation of endovascular thrombosis by applying drugs,the repair and replacement of diseased blood vessels by tissue-engineered blood vessels has become a new strategy for clinical treatment.Among them,tissue-engineered blood vessels based on natural biomaterials show great clinical application potential due to their excellent biocompatibility,good biodegradability,low immunogenicity and rapid induction of angiogenesis.This paper summarizes the latest research progress of tissue-engineered blood vessels based on different natural biomaterials,analyzes its role in vascular regeneration,and discusses the existing problems and challenges in this field.
