摘要
为了研究声激励液体透镜中,不同张口角度的毛细锥形腔室对液体透镜模型模态的影响规律,通过聚四氟乙烯板固着液滴的实验与仿真软件中材料参数的调制,得到了较为理想的材料参数,利用上述材料参数应用仿真软件,对0°、5°、10°、15°张口角度下的毫米级液体透镜作声固相互作用的频域模态进行研究。分析毛细锥形腔对液体透镜模型特征频率和zonal、sectoral、tesseral谱模态中液体球冠表面应力的影响。结果表明:增加液体透镜毛细锥形腔张口角度,对液体透镜的特征频率,液体球冠表面的最大应力,最小应力产生了较大的影响。
In order to study the influence of different opening angle of capillary cone chamber on the surface mode of liquid lens model under acoustic excitation,the frequency domain modes of sound solid interaction of millimeter level liquid lens with opening angles of 0°,5°,10°and 15°are simulated.The influence of the capillary cone cavity on the characteristic frequency of the liquid lens model and the surface stress of the liquid spherical crown in the three spectral patterns of zonal,sectional and tesseral are analyzed.The results show that the increase of the opening angle of the liquid lens capillary cone cavity has a great influence on the characteristic frequency of the liquid lens,the maximum stress and the minimum stress on the surface of the liquid spherical crown.
