摘要
以比例减压阀进行排量调节的电控泵驱动负载时,常会出现压力波动现象,影响泵的工作性能与寿命。基于一款挖掘机主泵上的比例减压阀,利用AMESim软件建立了其仿真模型,并基于PWM控制方法研究了比例减压阀的输入电流-二次压力和油液黏度-压力动态特性。结果表明:比例减压阀的电流-二次压力的比例关系在[400 mA,750 mA]区间内最好,油液黏度降低会引起输出压力脉动变大,造成主泵出口压力波动。该仿真模型为进一步改进比例减压阀参数提供了参考。
Electronically controlled pumps that use proportional pressure reducing valves for displacement adjustment often experience pressure fluctuations when driving loads,which affect the performance and life of the pump.This paper is based on a proportional pressure reducing valve applied to the main pump of the SY200C excavator,using AMESim software to establish its simulation model,and based on the PWM control method to study the input current of the proportional pressure reducing valve-secondary pressure and oil viscosity-Pressure dynamics.The results show that the proportional relationship between the current and the secondary pressure of the proportional pressure reducing valve is the best in the range of[400 mA,750 mA],and the decrease of oil viscosity will cause the output pressure to pulsate.The simulation model provides a reference for improving the parameters of the proportional valve..
