河钢新发展阶段技术升级的路径与措施

PATHS AND MEASURES OF TECHNOLOGY UPGRADING IN THE NEW DEVELOPMENT STAGE OF HBIS

河钢经过装备升级和产品升级两个发展阶段,工艺装备水平实现行业领先,产品升级与结构调整取得巨大进步。在当前发展新形势下,为进一步贯彻新发展理念,河钢提出实施“技术升级”行动,依靠科技创新和技术进步,建立新的比较优势和核心竞争力,推动企业可持续高质量发展。本文主要介绍河钢技术升级的背景和目标,并在产品研发、技术创新、绿色发展、智能制造、人才培养方面系统阐述了技术升级的途径和保障措施,为我国钢铁行业科技创新工作提供重要参考和借鉴。

Through two development stages of equipment upgrading and product upgrading,HBIS has achieved industry-leading level of process equipment,and made great progress in product upgrading and structural adjustment.Under the current new development situation,HBIS proposes to implement the action of"technology upgrading"in order to further implement the new development concept.Relying on scientific and technological innovation and technological progress,HBIS can establish new comparative advantages and core competitiveness and promote the sustainable and high-quality development of the enterprise.This paper introduces the background and objectives of technological upgrading of HBIS,and systematically expounds the methods and measures of technological upgrading in terms of product R&D,technological innovation,green development,intelligent manufacturing and talent training,so as to provide important reference for the scientific and technological innovation of China's iron and steel industry.
