焦化能量流、能量流网络解析及重构

摘要 回顾了焦化能量流、能量流网络的发展历程,分析了以蒸汽为传热介质的能量流、能量流网络与以导热油为传热介质的能量流、能量流网络在热量利用效率方面存在的巨大差距及原因,指明了利用导热油做为传热介质重构焦化能量流网络的效率优势,重点介绍了利用导热油回收上升管焦炉荒煤气余热,形成“卡诺循环”高效传热网络并与粗苯、蒸氨等工艺用能耦合集成重构,形成新的运行模式。该系统的闭环、安全、稳定、有序运行,实现了焦化工艺用能的余热化、低碳化,工艺过程高效化,产生了显著的流程减碳效果、环境效益和企业经济效益。 This paper reviews the development process of coking energy flow and energy flow network,analyzes the huge gap and reasons in heat utilization efficiency between energy flow and energy flow network respectively with steam or heat transfer oil as heat transfer medium.It focuses on the efficiency advantages of coking energy flow network with heat transfer oil as heat transfer medium.This paper focuses on the use of heat transfer oil to recover the waste heat of raw gas of riser coke oven,form a"Carnot cycle"high-efficiency heat transfer network,and couple,integrate and reconstruct with process energy consumption such as crude benzene and ammonia evaporation,so as to form a new operation mode.The closed-loop,safe,stable and orderly operation of the system has realized the waste heat and low carbonization of coking process energy and high efficient process,which produced significant process carbon reduction effect,environmental benefit and enterprise economic benefit.
