熔炼温度和时间与生铁遗传性消除的关系 被引量:2

摘要 通过制定不同的熔炼温度和静置时间,研究了熔炼温度和时间与生铁遗传性消除的关系。结果表明,熔炼温度由1450℃提高至1550℃,石墨结数逐渐降低,石墨含量逐渐增加,最终保持不变,碳化物含量先降低后升高;1500℃熔炼温度下,随静置时间的增加,石墨结数量、石墨含量和碳化物含量逐渐增加,并趋于稳定;熔炼温度超过1500℃,静置时间超过15 min后,试样中石墨更均匀,并充分地形核和生长,生铁自身的成分、组织不均匀性已经得到消除,铁水的形核质点更均匀,同时形核能力未受到破坏。综合考虑,消除生铁遗传性的最佳条件为熔炼温度1500℃、静置时间15 min。 The relationship among melting temperature,time and genetic elimination of pig iron was studied by setting different melting temperature and standing time.The results show that if the melting temperature increases from 1450℃to 1550℃,the number of graphite junctions gradually decreases,the graphite content gradually increases and finally remains unchanged,and the carbide content first decreases and then increases;if the melting temperature is 1550℃,the number of graphite junctions,graphite content and carbide content gradually increase with the increasing of standing time,and tend to be stable.If the melting temperature exceeds 1500℃and standing time exceeds 15 min,the graphite of the sample is more uniform and fully nucleated and grown,the uneven composition and structure of pig iron have been eliminated,and the nucleation particles of molten iron are more uniform,while the nucleation ability was not destroyed.Considering comprehensively,the best conditions to eliminate the pig iron genetic are melting temperature 1500℃and standing time 15 min.
