冷却速度对锌铝镁镀层组织及耐蚀性能的影响 被引量:4

EFFECT OF COOLING RATE ON MICROSTRUCTURE AND CORROSION RESISTANCE OF Zn-Al-Mg COATING

摘要 采用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)、电化学工作站、中性盐雾试验等手段研究了3种不同冷却速度(5℃/s、10℃/s和20℃/s)对锌铝镁镀层组织及耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:热浸镀获得锌铝镁镀层截面组织由块状富Zn相、Zn-MgZn2二元共晶相和细小的Zn-MgZn2-Al三元共晶相组成;随着冷速的提升,锌铝镁镀层表面富锌相的晶粒尺寸逐步减小;冷速10℃/s下获得的锌铝镁镀层断面中的富锌相尺寸较小;冷速10℃/s下获得的锌铝镁镀层的耐蚀性较好。 The effects of three different cooling rates(5℃/s,10℃/s and 20℃/s)on the microstructure and corrosion resistance of Zn-Al-Mg coating were studied by means of scanning electron microscope(SEM),energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS),electrochemical workstation and neutral salt spray test.The results show that the cross-section structure of zinc aluminum magnesium coating obtained by hot-dip plating is composed of massive Zn rich phase,Zn-MgZn2 binary eutectic phase and fine Zn-MgZn2-Al ternary eutectic phase.With the increasing of cooling rate,the grain size of zinc rich phase on the surface of Zn-Al-Mg coating decreases gradually.The size of zinc rich phase in the section of Zn-Al-Mg coating obtained at cooling rate of 10℃/s is small,and the zinc aluminum magnesium coating obtained at cooling rate of 10℃/s has good corrosion resistance.
