福建罗源闽光钢铁有限公司新建的2#综合原料场是2台烧结机和2座高炉的配套工程,主要是为烧结、高炉提供各种原、燃料。详细介绍了综合原料场输储工艺在生态化、智能化、现代化方面的特点和功能。料场在保证向烧结、高炉持续供料的同时,总体实现了智能、环保和全封闭等功能要求,对保证钢铁厂安全生产具有重要意义。
The new 2#comprehensive raw material yard in Fujian Luoyuan Minguang Steel Co.,Ltd.is a supporting project of 2 sintering machines and 2 blast furnaces,mainly providing various raw materials and fuels for sinter and blast furnace.The characteristics and functions of transportation and storage process in comprehensive raw material yard in terms of ecology,intelligence and modernization are introduced in detail.While ensuring the continuous charging supply to sintering and blast furnace,the stockyard has generally realized the functional requirements of intelligence,environmental protection and full closure,which is of great significance to ensure the safe production of steel plant.
