OPTIMIZATION OF FLUE GAS DESULFURIZATION CONTROL SYSTEM IN METALLURGICAL POWER PLANT

摘要 介绍了某沿海钢厂自备电厂为满足提产后烟气处理及国家最新排放标准需要,对海水烟气脱硫工艺及控制系统实施的扩容改造和优化升级过程。改造后,除雾器冲洗、清洗水箱补水和海水系统二次落网的反洗排污实现了自动控制和远程监控,提高了作业效率,锅炉烟气实现了达标和超低排放,经济效益和环境效益显著。 This paper introduces the capacity expansion and upgrading process of seawater flue gas desulfurization process and control system in a coastal steel company's power plant in order to meet the needs of flue gas treatment and the latest national emission standards.After the transformation,the automatic control and remote monitoring have been realized for the flushing of the demister,the replenishment of the cleaning water tank and the backwashing and blowdown of the secondary falling net of the seawater system,the operation efficiency has been improved,the boiler flue gas has reached the standard and ultra-low emission,and the economic and environmental benefits are remarkable.
